Sevilla sporting director Monchi has spoken to the media about various transfer targets, one of whom is Sergio Ramos.
The centre-back has been linked with a return to Sevilla, the club he left in 2005 to join Real Madrid.
“Sergio Ramos is a Real Madrid player,” Monchi started off by saying, when speaking to Sky Italia.
“I think he is in talks about staying with Real Madrid. That’s all I can say.”
The director went on to state that Papu Gomez is happy at Sevilla and unlikely to return to Serie A this summer, as well as dismissing links to Gian Marco Ferrari and Samu Castillejo.
