There are a number of teams in Italy who are keen on signing Sevilla defender Marcos Acuña this summer, according to a report.
Tuttosport (via MilanNews) are reporting that Torino are the latest team who have joined the race to sign the 31-year-old Acuna, who became champion of the world with Argentina and recently won the Europa League with Sevilla.
Milan are also monitoring Acuna’s situation as they look for a more reliable deputy to Theo Hernandez but it is possible that he was a name Paolo Maldini and Ricky Massara were looking at, and both have been sacked.
Lazio are keen too and Acuña is attracted by the idea of playing in Serie A, but the prospect of playing in the next Champions League intrigues him, so convincing arguments will be needed to persuade him to leave the Andalusian club and embark on a new adventure in Italy.
