TOTTENHAM defender Davinson Sanchez is reportedly in talks over a transfer to Sevilla to replace Chelsea target Jules Kounde.
Sanchez, 25, joined Spurs in 2017 for what was at the time a club record fee of £42million.
But he could now be on his way out of North London as Sevilla prepare for life without Frenchman Kounde.
Chelsea are closing in on a deal for the 22-year-old centre-back having already had a bid of £30million plus Kurt Zouma rejected.
And according to The Mail, if Kounde’s transfer is confirmed, talks could intensify as the LaLiga side search for someone to fill his boots.
Sanchez’s agent Nestor Fernando told Caracol Radio: “They are just rumours, yes I have spoken with the people of Seville, but at the moment they have the complete squad.
“If there is a transfer on their part, those rumours could be true, but there is nothing specifically, only conversations.”
Sanchez looked to have crept up the pecking order at Tottenham following the departure of Toby Alderweireld.
But that could quickly change once more as Spurs await the imminent arrival of Argentine Cristian Romero, a Juventus centre-half who spent last season on loan at Atalanta.
Atalanta are set to sign Romero for £21.5m from Juve before moving him on immediately.

They are keen to sell him straight away because they are now said to be lining up a move for Augsburg defender Felix Uduokhai.
SPORT1 journalist Florian Plettenberg tweeted: “Atalanta is strongly interested in the central defender [Uduokhai] from FC Augsburg/Germany.
“Talks have already taken place. Price tag over £12.7m. He is supposed to replace Romero, who is facing a move to Spurs.”
