Barcelona’s official online store has displayed the shirt of Memphis Depay this Saturday. The Dutch forward has been linked with a move to the Camp Nou since last summer and could move to the Catalan club this summer, but nothing has been confirmed yet.
He’ll leave Lyon as a free agent this summer and it looks like he could join Barcelona, where their online store have already listed his shirt. Even though this is a clear error, it suggests that those working behind the scenes at the club are getting prepared for the official announcement.
When clicking on the Memphis Depay shirt, though, there are problems for users who try to actually purchase a top with the Dutchman’s name. A message appears saying that maintenance work is being carried out on the website.
Barcelona are due to present their shirt for the 2021/22 season this Tuesday, at 20:00 CEST.
