Alaves vs Barcelona: Predicted line-ups, kick-off time, how and where to watch on TV and online

Barcelona will be hoping to get back to winning ways when they face Alaves in LaLiga Santander at the Estadio Mendizorroza on Sunday night, having not tasted victory in any of their last three games and been knocked out of two competitions in the process.

It is a similar story for Alaves boss Jose Luis Mendilibar, who has not won any of his three games since taking charge of the Vitoria-based club. In fact, the 19th-placed team in LaLiga Santander will need a response when Barcelona come to town after suffering a 4-0 loss away at Real Betis in midweek.

Xavi Hernandez will have been disappointed to see two of Barcelona‘s most promising players go off injured in their Copa del Rey defeat to Athletic Club, as Ansu Fati and Pedri both had to be withdrawn.

What’s more, the uncertainty regarding Ousmane Dembele‘s future means that Xavi is having to make do without the Frenchman at present, with sporting director Mateu Alemany having declared that he should find a new club before the end of the transfer window.
