Aaron Ramsey has risked the wrath of his club Juventus after hitting out at his handling by the Italian giants.
Ramsey is preparing to skipper Wales in Friday’s World Cup qualifier in the Czech Republic.
The former Arsenal midfielder insists he is ready to deliver again for his nation after impressing at the Euros.
But he has once more struggled this term at Serie A outfit Juve, where he has made only one start in August and just three sub appearances since.
The Italian club recently said the star, signed from Arsenal in 2019, has been suffering from “muscle fatigue”.
Ramsey, who has his own personal fitness team, has now responded by making his frustrations clear after training alone last week.

Ramsey, 30, who has 67 caps, said: “The way things have gone is not helping me personally.
“I know what I can do and with the right management I can stay fit for a long period of time and play a lot of games.
“I still feel good given the opportunity and managed correctly.
“It has been frustrating that I have picked up these little injuries which have cost me a lot of games.
“I would like to see myself playing more and be out there more.
“The amount of minutes I have played, it has been difficult.
“It has been a bit of a frustrating time.
“But I am looking forward to this week and we will deal with everything else afterwards.”
Since moving to Turin , Ramsey has only started 25 league games for the Serie A giants.
Yet he remains one of Wales’ best players as he underlined at the Euros where he impressed as they reached the last 16.

He added: “The training philosophy and methods are different in my club from here.
“There are a lot of people here who have a number of years of managing me.
“They know how to get the best out of me and allow me to play a lot of games in a row, like I showed in the Euros.
“I’m capable of doing that and producing good performances.
“Because my outputs in games are pretty high, maybe I need a bit more rest and recovery throughout the week rather than maybe being on the grass for a long period of time and carrying more fatigue into games.
“Recovery is a big part of that for me.”
Boss Rob Page has chosen Ramsey to lead the side in Gareth Bale’s absence for Friday’s crunch World Cup qualifier in Prague as Wales chase second place in Group E.
Ramsey was appointed captain when he was just 20 years old in 2011 but was later replaced by Ashley Williams the following year.
Page reflected: “Rambo is at a different stage of his career now.
“He is one of the senior players and is ready for that responsibility.”
