Stefano Pioli granted the AC Milan squad a rest until later in the week, and Ismael Bennacer was a guest at a team lunch held today.
During a dinner that saw various Milan players present Bennacer was also there too, on crutches after the operation he underwent earlier in the month. He appeared smiling and happy in the company of teammates De Ketelaere, Brahim Diaz, Giroud and Adli.
The former Empoli man will be available to Pioli again between November and December 2023, which is why Milan have already moved ahead of the summer window in search of an alternative.
