Rafael Leao has come close to scoring a bicycle kick for AC Milan on more than one occasion. Some would suggest that he finally succeded yesterday and the player seems to be one of them.
Leao scored the decisive second goal for Milan in their game against Roma, with the Rossoneri eventually winning 2-1. Almost sitting down, the winger somehow found the back of the net and it was certainly an overhead kick-esque goal.
On Twitter, the fan account Best of Rafael Leao published a video of Leao’s previous attempts and included the goal against Roma. The player himself saw the tweet and responded with: “Long time tryinngggg”.

It was Leao’s first goal of the season and it was certainly a good one. It was also his first goal with the No.10 shirt and Milan are hoping that he can continue like this, with some important games coming up (derby next).
