EA Sports has revealed that the Pre-Black Friday will be coming to FIFA 22 via a loading screen in the Ultimate Team game mode, with the graphic currently showing that it will start in less than two hours time, at 18:00 pm GMT on Thursday, November 25, 2021. This follows the announcement yesterday that the FIFA 22 Black Friday promo will be launching at 14:00pm GMT on Friday, November 26, 2021.

UPDATE: EA Sports has now released the FIFA 22 Black Friday ‘Best Of’ TOTW Team 1 with Kylian Mbappe and Mohamed Salah.

The Black Friday promo has been a regular promo in FUT since FIFA 15, with the event often seeing a variety of promo packs, flash SBC’s, special player item SBC’s and a special ‘Best Of’ TOTW being released. In FIFA 21, EA released a brand-new Record Breakers promo as part of the promotion.

And if leaks are to be believed, EA Sports could be launching another brand new promo for Black Friday in FIFA 22, with many social media accounts reporting that there will be a promo called Signature Signings this weekend.

In FIFA 18, the Black Friday promo lasted a mere 24 hours, but in FIFA 21, it lasted for three whole days, with each day packed with consistent content.

As part of the promo in FIFA 20 and 21, EA released a ‘best of’ TOTW into packs, giving players the opportunity to receive some of the best TOTW items released so far this FIFA for a limited time.

And it’s now expected that EA Sports WILL release a ‘Best Of’ TOTW this evening as part of the Pre-Black Friday promo, with a TOTW card being visible on the new Pre-Black Friday loading screen, which seems like a strong hint of what is to come. Therefore, a release of ‘Best Of’ TOTW cards are expected to go into packs from 18:00 pm GMT on Thursday, November 25, 2021.

Unlike a normal TOTW release, the team could consist of just a starting XI rather than substitutes and reserves. Here is a prediction of some players who could potentially make it into the ‘best of’ TOTW, including in-form player items from TOTW 1 to TOTW 9.

It’s now expected that EA Sports will release a ‘Best Of’ TOTW this evening as part of the Pre-Black Friday promo, with a TOTW card being visible on the new Pre-Black Friday loading screen.

In past FIFA’s, the Black Friday Promo has involved flash SBC’s, which are Squad Building Challenges with pack rewards that are available for a much shorter and limited time than usual.

As well as Promo Packs being released into the FUT Store, there could also be a release of lightning rounds – packs available for a small amount of time with a limited quantity for the entire FUT community. Once they’re gone, they’re gone.

Other SBC’s in FIFA 21 included flashback Player Item’s and Player Moment Items, whilst seasonal objectives were also released with limited time to complete.
