The AC Milan Women appeared to have made two more signings, as two players have visited Milanello to complete their medicals.
The first of which is the previously mentioned Nina Stapelfeldt, who is a defensive forward who will help lead the team’s pressure, and will give very little time and space to the opposition. She will be tasked with leading the transition from attack to defense (and vice-versa). Her role will not lead her to score many goals but to create the space needed to create scoring chances.
The second is forward Giorgia Miotto. Miotto is a young and promising forward who is quite versatile as she has played in a variety of positions, including centre-forward and on both wings. Miotto has also played fifteen matches for Empoli and has scored a total of one goal and one assist.
Both players will be unveiled by the club as official signings soon.
