Gareth Southgate faces England Euro 2020 dilemma – and you can help him pick 26-man squad

England expects.

Gareth Southgate is getting closer to naming his 26-man squad for Euro 2020 – and it is testament to the depth of talent at his disposal that there remains several big questions around who he selects.

While there are several who have surely booked their place on the bus, there are still a number of spots to be filled as the Three Lions boss looks to bring home the nation’s first international trophy since 1966.

And while Southgate stews and some players sweat over their summer plans, the Mirror want you to select your squad for the European Championships.

Taking part is simple. All you have to do is take our survey below and pick the 26 players you would unleash in a bid to lift the trophy at Wembley in July.

You can make up the squad however you wish. With UEFA allowing an extra three players from the usual 23, there is more scope for you to do as you wish.

Do you think there are simply too many good full backs to ignore, so you want to pick six? Go right ahead.

Does Harry Kane need one, two or three backups? The number of no.9s is completely in your hands too.

Who should be in the England squad? Who should miss out? Tell us in the comment section below

Once you have selected your players position-by-position – and don’t forget to click next to get to the next group of players – you can then log into Mirror Football here and explain who you have chosen and why.

You also have the opportunity to sign up for our free e-mail updates around England’s Euro 2020 campaign once you’ve submitted your squad.
