CM: Galliani hoping to strike up Monza-Milan axis

Silvio Berlusconi and Monza will get a taste of Serie A once again having earned promotion back to the top flight, and an axis could be struck up with Milan. report that their CEO and Milan icon Adriano Galliani will soon meet with Paolo Maldini and Ricky Massara to understand which players are available could be suitable for Monza as they look to stay in the top flight.

Galliani really likes Junior Messias, but the Rossoneri management are currently inclined towards buying him permanently from Crotone. Then, there are four other players that could be of interest: young striker Lorenzo Colombo, Daniel Maldini, Mattia Caldara and Matteo Gabbia.

Given Berlusconi and Galliani’s links to Milan it was always likely that an axis could be struck up, and one that might well benefit the Diavolo if they can send some young players there on loan to gain Serie A experience.
