Zinedine Zidane has admitted that he still has a soft spot for his former club Juventus and wouldn’t rule out a possible return when asked.
Speaking after the 3-1 win over Liverpool in the Champions League on Tuesday, Zidane was interviewed by Italian media.
His former Juve teammate Alessandro Del Piero was on the call too, and Zidane was asked if he missed him or Italy more.
“Both, Italy is in my heart, I spent five years in Turin and Juventus are still important to me,” he told Sky Italia.
“Future at Juve? For now I’m here, we’ll see,” said the Real Madrid coach, laughing with his friend Del Piero.
Zidane’s future at Real Madrid remains unknown, and his latest comments will certainly grab attention in Italy.
