An error on Real Betis‘ website, which left Spain’s European Super League clubs off its LaLiga Santander table, has come at an interesting time.
Just hours after Real Madrid, Barcelona and Atletico Madrid announced they were part of the European Super League breakaway, they were dropped from the league table on Betis‘ website and mobile app.
The table, then, stood with Sevilla on top, Villarreal in second, Betis in third and Real Sociedad in fourth. There was no sign of the European Super League clubs.
BeSoccer, who run the table on Betis‘ website and app, apologised for the mistake.
