The screenshots posted on this thread show that the next-gen version of FIFA 22 on Xbox Series S is extremely blurry with incredibly fuzzy graphics, with players also reporting that the menus in the game only run at 30fps on Xbox Series S, which runs at 60 fps on Xbox Series X consoles. Players are also reporting trails from the ball when passing or shooting.

There is also a popular Reddit thread titled “Horrible Graphics on Xbox Series S?!” with people claiming exactly the same issues as in the EA Help thread.

One comment from Cechmeoutt on Reddit said: “There are multiple threads of countless people with this problem on the EA forums and the EA reps are just ignoring all of them. Seems like the game is rendering at 720p and upscaling or something. Looks absolutely terrible. Menu is also at 30fps instead of 60fps, which makes no sense. If this isn’t fixed I will be cancelling my pre-order tbh.”
