Vinicius looked set for the Real Madrid exit door this summer but has managed to turn things around in recent weeks.
In his last few matches, the Brazilian has returned to form for Zinedine Zidane‘s side, and is once again the player who can make a difference in a match for Los Blancos.
The spotlight is now very much on Vinicius and many will be waiting to see if he can continue to perform well during what remains of the season.
He’s simply not performed to the standard that many expect of him for a large period of this season, and at times has looked a shadow of the player he was during his first few months in Spain after moving from Flamengo.
However, despite some far from convincing performances at times, Paris Saint Germain are showing interest in the young forward.
There have been rumours that he may move to Paris, with Kylian Mbappe moving in the opposite direction, but although many people at Real Madrid have thought a transfer may be the best option, that idea is on hold after his recent strong performances.
If he continues to play at his best for the rest of the campaign, he’ll remain a Real Madrid player.
Zidane and all those at the club will be hoping that the Brazilian star can help fire them to glory in what remains of the season.
