Rafael Leao continues to be linked with a number of top clubs and Real Madrid are the latest to show an interest in signing him, a report claims.
According to a report from Defensa Central, Real Madrid are looking for the ideal long-term replacement for Karim Benzema but they are willing to wait until 2023 to spring their plan into action, with two names above all standing out.
The first is Christopher Nkunku of RB Leipzig and the second is Milan winger Rafael Leao, with the Frenchman being the priority at the moment but the Portuguese international also being very much admired by Madrid scouts.
Another of the names that has also sounded in the last few hours has been that of Harry Kane, with Los Blancos among the interested clubs in signing him should he choose to try a new challenge by leaving Spurs.
Milan must therefore focus on the renewal of Leao with great attention given that his deal runs out in 2024 and therefore by next summer he will have only a year left on his contract.
