MANCHESTER UNITED bidders Sir Jim Ratcliffe and Sheikh Jassim bin Hamad al-Thani have been handed a new deadline of 9pm on FRIDAY.
The two were supposed to submit their final bids for the club before 9pm on Wednesday evening, but they opted not to, with an extension for both parties granted.
There have, however, been multiple other bidders for the Red Devils who have submitted proposals.
It is understood that the two rivals both valued the club at around £4.5billion.
