HARRY KANE has told Tottenham he wants to leave — sparking a £150million summer scramble for his signature.
Manchester City are leading the race to sign the striker, with the Etihad Kane’s preferred destination.

Chelsea and Manchester United are also in the race as the 27-year-old turns his back on his boyhood club.
But Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy is fighting to keep his talisman, who still has three years left on a £230,000-a-week contract, by slapping the £150m price tag on his head.
The England captain, who has never won a major club honour, originally said he was going to make an announcement on his future after leading the Three Lions at this summer’s Euros.
But Kane stunned Spurs by telling them he needs to leave — and wants it done and dusted BEFORE the tournament next month.
The move has left Levy reeling as he also hunts for a new manager after sacking Jose Mourinho.
Kane has NOT handed in a written transfer request but his representatives have made it known he wants out and he believes that Levy will let him leave at the right price.
He is keen to remain in the Premier League, putting the Manchester giants and Chelsea on red alert.
But those three will want negotiations over Levy’s whopping asking price, particularly in the post-Covid era.
New champions City are the favourites as they look to replace Sergio Aguero, who will leave at the end of the season.
But United and Chelsea do not want to miss out on the guaranteed goals that Kane would bring.
Paris Saint-Germain, managed by former Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino, could also be interested, especially if Kylian Mbappe heads to Real Madrid.
It is thought Kane would not want to move abroad with his young family but playing in the French capital, less than an hour away by private jet, might allow him to commute.
Chingford-born Kane has been at Spurs since joining their academy at the age of 11.
He is their second all-time scorer with 220 goals — 46 behind Jimmy Greaves and 12 ahead of Bobby Smith
Spurs are said to be unhappy at Kane’s timing, with just two games to go in their bid to qualify for the Europa League.
A club spokesman said: “We have a season to finish and we want to finish it as strongly as possible. That’s all we are focused on.”
