THE ex-partner of former Barcelona star Jasper Cillessen has accused the goalkeeper of blackmail.
Speaking to Dutch outlet Story, Spanish sports journalist Maria Moran claims Cillessen, 33, threatened to leak private pictures of her if she did not have an abortion.

It comes a month after reports claimed Moran is suing Cillessen for allegedly not paying his child’s hospital costs.
According to Story, also via SportNieuws and FCUpdate, Moran gave birth to a baby girl called Cayetana in October 2021.
But it was not until November 2022 that Cillessen was revealed as the father.
And last month reports in Spain claimed Moran was suing him after filing a complaint over abandonment of family.
Now, Moran alleges the goalkeeper, who plays in his homeland for NEC, “blackmailed me almost daily.”
She claims Cillessen wanted her to get an abortion, allegedly threatening to publish private images of her if she didn’t.
And the stopper, who left Barcelona after three years in 2019, is also said to have ignored his sick daughter when she was taken to hospital.
Moran told Story: “Jasper threatened and blackmailed me several times, even when I was pregnant.
“He scared me very much. He made me have an abortion. If I didn’t, he would publish private photos and videos of me.
“He blackmailed me almost daily. I was also not allowed to talk to the media.
“I don’t care about that man’s life. I only care about my daughter, I have to make sure she has food.
“A man who never asked about his daughter, even when she was in hospital with breathing problems, does not deserve respect.
“He knew his daughter was very sick and in hospital. But apparently he didn’t care.”
Moran also posted a message on Instagram dedicated to her daughter on International Women’s Day.
It read: “Life is a wonderful journey but at the same time it’s hard being a woman. Unfortunately mom has had to keep a low profile to ‘win’ the battle against powerful men who think money can buy everything.
“Well, anything but sincere love and dignity. She endured many threats from those ‘people’ who felt they had the right to decide about life, about your life.
“She endured many insults from people who have been trying to silence me for two years, who want me to feel small, to feel like a piece of trash.
“They wanted me to be ashamed of my stomach, which had a live baby in it, because he was a celebrity and I was nothing more than a w***e.
“I have had to keep quiet for fear of losing my job, for fear of losing you. Unfortunately, such threats are also often fulfilled in this country.
“I want you to live in freedom, that no one wants to silence you, that you don’t have to bow to anyone, that you can make choices about your own body without being ashamed, that no powerful person makes you feel small, that you have the freedom to decide, speak and feel, without fear for the consequences.”
Neither Cillessen, his agent or NEC have responded to Moran’s claims.
