Barcelona: Xavi Hernandez calls up Adama, Aubameyang and… Dembele

Despite all of the recent talk that Ousmane Dembele would no longer feature for Barcelona due to his failure to sign a new contract, Xavi Hernandez has called up the winger for the match against Atletico Madrid on Sunday.

In a surprise decision, the Frenchman joins new signings Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Adama Traore for the tricky fixture against Los Rojiblancos.

Gavi also returns to the squad after serving a one-game ban against Alaves for an accumulation of yellow cards.

Clement Lenget, Eric Garcia, Samuel Umtiti, Sergi Roberto, Alejandro Balde, Ansu Fati and Memphis Depay are all ruled out.
