Barcelona: Cadiz vs Barcelona official line-ups: Gavi gets surprise start

Actualizado

Cadiz host Barcelona at Estadio Nuevo Mirandilla, where the Blaugrana will try to get back to winning ways after losing to Bayern Munich and drawing with Granada in their last two games.

Ronald Koeman will not have any of Jordi Alba, Pedri, Ansu Fati, Ousmane Dembele, Sergio Aguero and Martin Braithwaite at his disposal for a game that is scheduled to take place at Thursday at 22:00 CEST.

As a result, Gavi has been given a surprise place in the midfield, while fellow youngster Demir is also up front with Memphis and Luuk de Jong. Notable absentees are Coutinho and Sergi Roberto who both start from the bench.

Backup left-back Alejandro Balde will also miss out on the game due to a back pain and Koeman will be forced to play right-footed full-back Sergino Dest at left-back.
