Barcelona football star Antoine Griezmann was today celebrating a hat-trick of babies all born on exactly the same date over five years.
The astonishing coincidence means that the World Cup winning striker will spend the rest of his life enjoying a triple birthday bash on April 8.
Celebrating the arrival of baby Alba on Thursday, Griezmann tweeted: ‘Alba Griezmann April 8, 2021 at 10:24 am.’

Placing heart emojis next to his words, he later confirmed that April 8 was also the date he welcomed his daughter, Mia, into the world in 2016, and son Amaro, who was born on April 8 2019.
The Barcelona forward had been absent from training on Thursday so that he could be present for the birth of his new child.
Some fans had feared that he may have sustained an injury just days before their crucial El Clasico clash with rivals Real Madrid but he allayed those concerns when he announced that he had become a father for the third time.

The news that Griezmann now has three children all born on April 8 left fans stunned on social media, with one fan writing: ‘That is actually mad’!
Others were quick to joke that the Barcelona forward can now save money on only having to throw one birthday party for all of his children.
One user said: ‘Good on him, only has two birthdays to remember. The 8th of April and his wife’s.’
Another added: ‘Saving costs on not having to throw multiple parties.’

Griezmann, who currently plays for Barcelona, married his long-term Spanish sweetheart, Erika Choperena, in 2017.
She is a passionate football fan, and has attended all of her husband’s major games, including when he won the World Cup with France in Moscow in 2018.
Speaking about his wife, Griezman said: ‘She’s cool, very homely, like me. When she has something in mind, you have to do it, otherwise you’ll get caught out. She likes to laugh, she cooks me food, and does everything to make me feel good.’
