It’s been all about Arsenal’s young guns during this campaign and that hasn’t changed when we selected the options for our player of the season vote.
Rob Holding is the oldest of our picks at just 25, with his fellow defenders Kieran Tierney and Gabriel two years younger than the Englishman.
Holding has been on the pitch for all of Arsenal’s eight clean sheets, with Tierney only missing one of those games. Gabriel has played 17 times in the Premier League during his debut season for the club.
Unsurprisingly we opted for Emile Smith Rowe and Bukayo Saka as the other options with both academy products two of the few shining lights in Arsenal’s erratic season – with the two racking up a total of 39 league appearances between them so far.
