A number of Premier League clubs are interested in a move for Everton forward Richarlison, who is keen to leave the Merseyside club this summer in search of trophies

Richarlison is reportedly open to leaving Everton this summer in order to join a club ready to compete for trophies.
According to Goal in his native Brazil, the 25-year-old wants a fresh challenge as he dreams of winning titles but would prefer to stay in the Premier League. The forward has spearheaded the Everton attack in recent weeks as they battle to stay in the top-flight.
He has scored nine goals this season, taking his tally to 52 for the club since joining from Watford for around £35million in 2018. The report adds Richarlison’s representatives are engaged in talks with a host of clubs in England as they attempt to get him a move this summer. So, with that in mind, here are five options for the player.
Arsenal
Mikel Arteta’s side are in desperate need of a new forward. Alexandre Lacazette and Eddie Nketiah are out of contract at the end of the season, leaving Arsenal without a senior striker in their squad.
Pierre Emerick-Aubameyang’s departure in January left the Gunners light up front and they have failed to replace his goals, with Lacazette and Nketiah scoring just eight times between them. Richarlison could be a shrewd option for the Gunners given his goal record over the years and ability to lead the line on his own.
Manchester United
It is clear Erik ten Hag will be keen to add another attacker as he looks to rebuild his Manchester United squad. Marcus Rashford and Jadon Sancho have struggled for form throughout the campaign, while Anthony Martial is set to leave the club at the end of the season.
Although Cristiano Ronaldo is set to stay for at least another season, Richarlison can play off the left or in the No.9 position when the former Real Madrid man is rested. United have scored the sixth-most amount of goals in the division this term (59) – the same as ninth-place Leicester City – highlighting the need for more forward options.

Tottenham Hotspur
After Arsenal dropped points against Newcastle United on Monday, Tottenham Hotspur are in pole position to qualify for the Champions League next season. Richarlison has suggested he would like to play in Europe’s elite competition and Spurs could be an ideal option given Antonio Conte is set to strengthen his ranks this summer.
Richarlison could be suited to play in Conte’s counter-attacking system with his pace in-behind and would provide a different option to Harry Kane, while he can also fill in for Son Heung-min on the left. It is understood Spurs are tracking Richarlison’s progress after scoring twice and grabbing one assist in his last four games.
Aston Villa
Steven Gerrard has previously outlined his ambitions to take Aston Villa back into Europe. The Villians sit in and around mid-table, but could be pushing for a top-seven place next term if Gerrard gets his signings right, with Philippe Coutinho already confirmed to be arriving on a permanent deal from Barcelona.

Leon Bailey and Bertrand Traore are out of favour at Villa Park, so Richarlison could come straight into the Villa side and support Ollie Watkins or Danny Ings in attack. Richarlison has played as the second striker during his time at Everton alongside Dominic Calvert-Lewin and would be able to do the same at Villa.
Newcastle United
It has been a remarkable six months at St James’ Park since Eddie Howe took over from Steve Bruce. He has completely transformed their fortunes, lifting them from rock bottom to 12th. The Magpies are looking up and will be hoping to challenge for trophies sooner rather than later.
This is something which will attract players to the club as their Saudi owners embark on their first summer transfer window. Richarlison, who has history of scoring against Newcastle, would be a marquee arrival and would bring proven Premier League experience to the attack.
