Player prices have been finalised, so if you’ve entered a team already you can confirm it now.
You can make as many changes as you like until the tournament gets underway so there’s no need to delay.
But first, let’s have a look at Jack Wilshere’s XI and see where he’s GUNNER come unstuck or shown SHERE brilliance…
Three Arsenal, three England and zero Tottenham… we’re not surprised.
The Gunners are flying in the Premier League and Jack has backed their attacking talents do deliver on the biggest stage.
Gabriel Jesus, Bukayo Saka and the rejuvenated Granit Xhaka are all included in his 4-3-3 formation with a big emphasis on his front line.
Jesus has scored five goals and provided seven assists for Arsenal this season, and he’s also registered 19 goals for Brazil.
However, it remains to be seen whether Tite has as much faith in the Gunners’ striker with Richarlison often preferred in the central attacking role.
No doubts about Lionel Messi though, he’ll be starting and finishing every single minute of what will in all likelihood be his final World Cup appearance.
Cody Gakpo, 23, completes the attack and could outperform his price against Group A opponents Senegal, Ecuador and hosts Qatar.
There’s a blend of experience and youthful exuberance in Jack’s midfield with Granit Xhaka alongside Bukayo Saka and Jude Bellingham.
Saka is a favourite of Gareth Southgate and should start Monday’s clash with Iran, while Xhaka and Bellingham have proven time and again they are no slouches when it comes to goal involvement.
Reliable. That’s one way of describing Wilshere’s back four.
Centre-backs might not provide the same excitement as wing-backs, but Jack’s combination of John Stones, Niklas Sule and Stefan de Vrij will likely play every minute in Qatar.
Belgium’s Thomas Meunier will provide the attacking flair and could haul against Canada, Morocco and Croatia in a side that’s likely to go deep in the competition.
Manuel Neuer is the goalkeeper because… why not? Think you can pick a better XI than Jack Wilshere? Prove it!
