CHELSEA are keeping up the charm offensive to sign Billy Gilmour’s kid brother Harvey from Kilmarnock.

And Billy made sure Harvey, 15, was given a taste of fame when he went to Porto for the Champions League final and even got his hands on the cup.

Chelsea’s scouts have been tracking the ball-playing midfielder for more than a year who is ­currently starring for Kilmarnock’s youth team.

Big brother Billy moved south via Rangers and local experts reckon Harvey could become even better than the new Chelsea hero.

The Blues were linked with a move last March.

Killie wanted to keep Gilmour ­junior in their ranks but insiders revealed at the time he would head to London when the time is right.

And the West Londoners are making sure they keep Gilmour on side.

Gilmour senior has certainly not forgotten his Ayrshire roots.

He takes the odd quiet trip home to see local juniors Winton Rovers play.

But his Chelsea career has stuttered somewhat this season.

Since missing the first three months of the season with a serious knee injury, the midfielder has made only five Premier League appearances.

He even considered going out on loan in January in order to get some game time.

Elsewhere, former Arsenal, West Ham and England left-back Nigel Winterburn exclusively told SunSport he thinks Chelsea ace Ben Chilwell should start ahead of Luke Shaw for England at the Euros.
