AC Milan and Inter have been working on the new stadium project for many years now and it keeps getting delayed. Currently, a public debate is ongoing and the outcome of it will be decisive for the project.
Due to the many delays as of late, with some fighting the project for the San Siro area, Milan are considering moving to Sesto San Giovanni. They won’t act on that threat just yet, though, seeing as they could still get the go-ahead for San Siro.
According to Tuttosport (via SempreMilan), the outcome of the public debate will be known in November and that’s when Milan and Inter will make a decision. In case of a no, the Rossoneri are ready to move to the Sesto area.
