A roller coaster of a season is coming to an end and although AC Milan failed to defend the Scudetto, they reached the Champions League semis and renewed many of their stars. Now only one is missing, a report highlights.
Milan will face Hellas Verona in the final game of the season on Sunday evening, and they won’t have much to play for after the win against Juventus. Third place could be up for grabs, but that will depend on Inter’s game against Torino on Saturday.
As highlighted by Tuttosport (via MilanNews), it has indeed been a very long season for Milan with ups and downs. The ups, however, brought a lot of joy and the contract renewals are included in that: Fikayo Tomori, Sandro Tonali, Rade Krunic, Stefano Pioli, Pierre Kalulu, Ismael Bennacer, Olivier Giroud and Rafael Leao (today).
Only Mike Maignan is missing on this list, but his renewal will also be added in due course as the newspaper concludes. The Frenchman wants to stay at Milan and the latter certainly want to keep him, so there will be no issues.
