The defence may be the priority, but AC Milan are also looking for other opportunities on the market. The latest name to be linked with the Rossoneri is Nahitan Nandez, who is on his way out of Cagliari.
This season, the box-to-box midfielder has made 17 appearances for the Sardinian side and registered two assists. In the past, he has been linked with both Milan and Inter, following what was an impressive first season in Serie A (19/20).
According to PianetaMilan’s Salvatore Cantone, Milan are once again interested in Nandez’ services and have already held talks with his entourage. It’s a name to take into consideration as the 26-year-old is expected to leave Cagliari.
The report didn’t clarify if it would be a January or summer move, but the most likely option is probably the latter. Cagliari are currently in 18th place (relegation) and if they were to go down, Nandez’ price tag would decrease too.
