Milan’s schedule for July in full

AC Milan will start their pre-season preparations on Monday as the first training session will be held at Milanello. In total, three friendlies have been scheduled for July and the players need to get into shape.

Not all of the players will be present for the first training session on Monday, but there will be a decent amount at Stefano Pioli’s disposal. Those who have been granted extra vacation, due to international duty, will join the team leader.

The pre-season will begin on July 4th, as stated, and the Rossoneri have also scheduled three friendlies for the month of July. There could be one more in August, but perhaps not more as the season will begin already on August 13.

Cologne-Milan: Saturday, 16 July, 19:00, RheinEnergieStadion in Cologne – Telekom Cup.
Zalaegerszegi-Milan: Saturday, 23 July, 18:00, ZTE Arena in Zalaegerszeg.
Marseille-Milan: Sunday, 31 July, 18:00, Vélodrome in Marseille.

In short, the players will have to get into form quite quickly and that is all due to the winter World Cup in Qatar. Hopefully, Pioli will get some help from Paolo Maldini and Ricky Massara as well in terms of reinforcement.
