Milan star’s special gesture for unwell young Milan fan revealed

AC Milan star Sandro Tonali took the time to meet an unwell 12-year-old Milan after a game in November, a report claims.

As has been reported by Tuttosport (via Pianeta Milan), Tonali took the time after the game against Fiorentina on November 13 to go and see Ryan Eneide, who suffers from SMA (spinal muscular atrophy).

SMA is a rare neuromuscular disorder that results in the loss of motor neurons and progressive muscle wasting.

The game was won 2-1 in the final minute by Stefano Pioli’s side which means that Eneide saw a dramatic and exciting win before then getting to meet one of his heroes.

Tonali gave his match shirt to the boy from Ventimiglia who spoke to Tuttosport after the game, showing how thrilled he was by getting to meet the former Brescia midfielder.

“My heart was pounding, I couldn’t stand any longer. It only happens to those who believe in it. It’s nice to know that dreams, no matter how big or small, can come true. I love football, Milan and after this gesture by Sandro, even more,” Enedie said.

Tonali has become one of Milan’s key players over the past 18 months or so which means having his match-worn shirt is very exciting for Ryan.
