AC Milan could find themselves choosing whether to pursue Hakim Ziyech or Nicolo Zaniolo in the summer transfer window, a report claims.
As has been reported by Sport Mediaset (via Milan News), the Rossoneri are going to be pursuing a wide attacker in the summer and there are currently two clear options.
AS Roma’s Zaniolo is a player that was being pursued in the January transfer window but Milan could not meet Roma’s demands. In the summer though, Roma will only be able to charge around €15-18 million as he will have one year left on his deal.
That makes the deal very plausible for Milan, especially given the player wants the move to happen. The alternative for Milan is to sign long-term target Ziyech.
He saw his loan move to Paris Saint-Germain fall through late on deadline day and he is likely to favour a permanent move away in the summer from Chelsea.
