Milan make a definitive decision on future of 21-year-old centre-back

AC Milan have already made a decision regarding the future of centre-back Matteo Gabbia, according to a report.

Gabbia has been left in a difficult position whereby he has to wait for his opportunity to play given that he is behind Fikayo Tomori, Simon Kjaer and Alessio Romagnoli in the defensive hierarchies at present despite impressing whenever he has been called upon.

Given that he is 21 years of age and is entering a crucial phase in his development, it has raised some questions about whether a loan could be a good idea for Gabbia or whether the player could in fact push for a more permanent solution.

According to the latest from Calciomercato.com however, there are absolutely zero doubts that Gabbia will remain at Milan beyond the summer transfer window. The Italy U21 international is considered unsellable and is absolutely not on the market for Paolo Maldini and Ricky Massara.
