Ibrahimovic returns and hopes to help Pioli rescue a difficult moment

AC Milan head coach Stefano Pioli continues to work hard to try and get his team out of a difficult moment, and he can now rely on the help of Zlatan Ibrahimovic.

Tuttosport (via MilanNews) writes today that Ibrahimovic has ‘come to his rescue’ as the Swede finally returned to full training yesterday with the rest of the squad and is therefore expected to be included in the Rossoneri’s squad for Friday’s match against Torino at San Siro.

It goes without saying that after eight months out post-surgery the 41-year-old is in far from his best condition and the paper states that he likely only has 10-15 minutes in his legs if he is brought off the bench, but his return to the dugout alone is very important as it could give a psychological jolt to the team.

In particular, his return is essential for the Milan dressing room who will have their undisputed leader back in the most difficult moment in recent years.
