Rafael Leao was in a good mood yesterday as he helped create all three goals for AC Milan in the win against Empoli. The third goal, which he scored himself, was the best of them all with a nasty chip over the goalkeeper.
Milan had quite a lot of chances but had to wait until the 79th minute to take the lead., courtesy of Ante Rebic. It was Leao’s goal, though, as he created it from virtually nothing after a quick throw. Then, he got a hockey assist for the crucial second goal.
Finally, as already mentioned, he put the nail in the coffin with a lovely chip over Vicario, who was tremendous throughout the game. In our player ratings, he got a 7.5/10 and was awarded the MOTM title.
