The AC Milan squad must find a way to turn around their dreadful current form and some players have taken a step towards that, a report claims.
Sky (via MilanNews) reported that at the end of the 5-2 defeat against Sassuolo yesterday there was a long discussion between technical director Paolo Maldini, sporting director Ricky Massara and the new CEO Giorgio Furlani to analyse the complicated situation.
However, they decided that there was to be no changes to the plans for the next two days, which means that the day off the players were supposed to have today was to remain standing.
According to reports from Sky (via MilanNews), Pioli did give his players a day off after the game yesterday but despite this around half the team showed up at Milanello to train. That shows that in the squad there is the awareness that much more needs to be done to get out of this crisis.
