AC Milan are flying high at the moment and will be looking to continue their good form against Sampdoria today. Kick-off is scheduled for 12:30 CET and three very important points are at stake for the Rossoneri.
Inter and Napoli were held to a 1-1 stalemate last night and that means Milan would leapfrog them both with a win today. Stefano Pioli’s men will thus have to keep their composure and not underestimate Sampdoria.
The manager is expected to make a few changes to the starting XI, as per Gazzetta Dello Sport (see photo below). Fikayo Tomori has fully recovered and will play from the first minute, while Alessandro Florenzi will replace the suspended Theo Hernandez.
In midfield, Franck Kessie will get some rest after two demanding games and Ismael Bennacer will start in his place. Further up the pitch, there will be no changes despite rumours suggesting that Junior Messias could lose his spot to Alexis Saelemaekers.
