CM: Krunic neither on the market nor non-transferable

AC Milan do not consider Rade Krunic to be unsellable but if he remains at the club he would still have a useful role, according to a report.

A lot of the focus is on potential signings but eventually some players on the fringes will need to be sold too, with Calciomercato.com citing Mattia Caldara, Andrea Conti and Samu Castillejo as three of them. The situation is different for Krunic though, as the Bosnian made himself very useful last season in multiple roles.

He is not considered on the market like the aforementioned trio, but he is not non-transferable for the Rossoneri management either. In January the trio of Parma, Genoa and Torino all came forward but Pioli did not want to lose him, and he made important contributions from then on like the free-kick against Hellas Verona.

Milan proposed him to Udinese as a counterpart to reduce the asking price of Rodrigo De Paul, but the Argentine will go to Atlético Madrid. Krunic, barring sensational surprises, will be with the team in July for preseason where Pioli will evaluate him and make a decision on his future, also based on any teams who come forward.
