Chelsea transfer round-up: Lewandowski offer on the ‘table’ as PSG ‘agree’ Hakimi deal

After last summer’s trolley dash, Chelsea manager Thomas Tuchel has hinted it will be a case of quality over quantity this time around.

Tuchel’s predecessor Frank Lampard was handed a huge warchest with seven players arriving with a total outlay of more than £200m.

However, after Tuchel help transform their season, a campaign which ended in European glory in Portugal, the German accepts it will be a different approach in 2021.

“Two or three could be very, very good,” he told reporters last month. “It’s a constant thing to never deny change.

They suggested that along with the Blues, PSG, Man City and Manchester United are all keen.

Real Madrid could also be an option for Lewandwoski, should Los Blancos come up short in their pursuit of Erling Haaland.

Inter are open to selling the player, with the Italians facing financial troubles.

It was recently reported that the Blues matched PSG’s £56.1m bid for the player, although TuttoMercato report that the French side are at a more advanced stage of negotiations in regards to personal terms.

Italian journalist Enzo Bucchioni details that Hakimi has already agreed to terms on a contract that would net the Morrocan around £7m-per-year.

Ziyech exit on the cards

Hakim Ziyech has reportedly asked a “trusted intermediary” to find potential buyers this summer.

Signed just last year, Ziyech was a regular under Frank Lampard, but has struggled for opportunities since Tuchel replaced him at the start of the year.

The former Ajax man was an unused sub for the Champions League final in Porto last month, signifying his current status within the Blues squad.
