Caballero, 39, joined Chelsea on a free transfer from Manchester City in 2017.

He went on to make 38 appearances for the Blues.

And the former Argentina international won an FA Cup, Europa League and Champions League during his time in London.

Meanwhile, 27-year-old Blackman, Chelsea’s longest-serving player, will also depart Stamford Bridge having never made a senior appearance for the club.

He joined Chelsea’s academy in 2006 aged 12 and was part of the 2012 Champions League-winning squad.

Blackman’s time at Chelsea saw him loaned out to numerous clubs including Middlesbrough, Sheffield United and Leeds.

The former England U19 international spent this season at Rotherham United, where he played 28 times in all competitions.

Chelsea now have just two senior goalies in Edouard Mendy and Kepa Arrizabalaga.

And Thomas Tuchel may need to find himself an experienced back-up to play third wheel next term.

However, one option would be for youngster Jamie Cumming to return to the squad.

The 21-year-old was Chelsea’s No3 before Mendy arrived last summer and bumped everyone down a notch.

Cumming made 47 appearances for League Two side Stevenage on loan this season.

And he may now find himself back training with the seniors ahead of a third-choice role for the upcoming campaign.

And Olivier Giroud’s contract was given a new 2022 expiry date back in April.

Boss Tuchel has also signed on until 2024 after leading Chelsea to Europe’s greatest prize last weekend.

But Fikayo Tomori is set to make his AC Milan loan move permanent after the Italians informed Chelsea they would be triggering his £24million transfer clause this weekend.
