Pioli could give some Milan minutes to Belgian midfielder against Empoli

AC Milan boss Stefano Pioli could give some minutes to Belgian midfielder Aster Vranckx during the game against Empoli on Saturday evening, a report claims.

As has been reported by Calciomercato.com, the young midfielder could be in line to come off of the bench for the Rossoneri if Pioli feels that the game is suited to him.

Since joining the club from Bundesliga side Wolfsburg at the end of the summer transfer window, Vranckx has only played 12 minutes when he came off the bench during the 2-1 win over Sampdoria before the international break.

Vranckx was in action for the Belgian U21 side during the international break and he put in some very impressive performances. Pioli feels he may be galvanized by that and therefore could prove useful to the Rossoneri in the second half of the game.

He is more likely to get minutes if Milan have already got the result secured.
