FIFA 22 highest-rated Bundesliga XI revealed featuring Lewandowski and Haaland

EA Sports has revealed with eleven players the highest-rated Bundesliga XI on FIFA 22, featuring stars from Bayern Munich, Borussia Dortmund and Borussia Monchengladbach

EA Sports has confirmed the highest-rated Bundesliga XI on FIFA 22, which is dominated by star players from Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund.

EA Sports confirmed the 22 highest-rated players in FIFA 22 on Monday, ahead of the game’s UK and worldwide release date of Friday October 1, 2021, with Paris Saint-Germain forward Lionel Messi crowned the top player once again in this years game

The highest-rated player’s list only has three Bundesliga players in the top 22, with Bayern Munich striker Robert Lewandowski overtaking Manchester United ‘s Cristiano Ronaldo to become the second highest-rated player in the game at 92 overall.

This also means that Lewandowski is the highest-rated player in the Bundesliga for FIFA 22 followed by his two Bayern teammates – 90-rated Manuel Neuer and 89 rated Joshua Kimmich who also featured in the top 22.

On Thursday, EA Sports has now revealed the highest-rated Bundesliga XI, containing players from three teams in Germany – Bayern, Dortmund and Borussia Monchengladbach. The Bavarians dominate the XI, with seven players representing the nine-time consecutive German champions in the squad.

Dortmund have three players in the starting XI with Erling Haaland slotting next to Lewandowski up top, whilst Monchengladbach have just the one.

Here is the confirmed EA Sports FIFA 22 highest-rated Bundesliga XI.

  • ST: Erling Haaland (Borussia Dortmund) – 88 overall
  • LM: Kingsley Coman (Bayern Munich) – 86 overall
  • CDM: Joshua Kimmich (Bayern Munich) – 89 overall
  • CM: Leon Goretzka (Bayern Munich) – 87 overall
  • CAM: Thomas Muller (Bayern Munich) – 87 overall
  • LB: Alphonso Davies (Bayern Munich) – 82 overall
  • CB: Mattias Ginter (Borussia Monchengladbach) – 84 overall
  • CB: Mats Hummels (Borussia Dortmund) – 86 overall
  • LB: Raphael Guerreiro (Borussia Dortmund) – 84 overall
  • GK: Manuel Neuer (Bayern Munich) – 90 overall

The highest-rated Bundesliga XI in FIFA 22



Monchengladbach’s only player in the highest-rated XI is Mattias Ginter at centre-back, with the German defender’s rating increasing by two overall to 84.

Dortmund occupies two defensive spots with Mats Hummels and Raphael Guerreiro, with both players staying the same rating and the latter changing position from LM to LB in FIFA 22.

Erling Haaland has received a huge boost of +4 to his overall, making him one of the best strikers in the game.

And Bayern Munich dominatd the side, with all four midfielders from Die Roten.

Neuer and Alphonso Davies are Bayerns defensive representatives, with Davies the lowest rated player in the team.

Thomas Muller, Leon Goretzka, Kimmich and Kingsley Coman make up the midfield with all four receiving upgrades to their overall ratings, and Lewandowski leads the line as the team’s highest-rated.
