According to a report from Record (via MilanNews), the parties are continuing to negotiate over the renewal of Leao’s current deal which is set to expire in June 2024, but the Portuguese forward has ended up in Manchester City’s crosshairs.
The management of the Premier League club together with their head coach Pep Guardiola are carefully watching the development of last season’s Serie A MVP, but Milan will not give up easily.
Furthermore, the intentions of the 23-year-old are to stay in Italy and continue his adventure with the Rossoneri, where he feels happy.
